Day Treatment Program (PHP) for teens in Scottsdale
Program overview
Day Treatment, also called Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), provides intense mental health care for teens without overnight stays.
PHP is great for teens transitioning from residential care to everyday life, offering extra support compared to regular outpatient therapy.
It works well for those with medium to serious mental health issues who don’t need 24/7 hospital care.
Average duration: The program typically lasts 60-90 days.
(602) 737-2329Key benefits: PHP Program
- Teens follow a routine that motivates them to develop good habits.
- After their sessions, teens go back home to apply what they've learned and be with their families.
- Therapy is tailored to meet your teen's unique needs.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Program overview
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is ideal for teens who need therapy but need the flexibility to handle everyday tasks at home, like school or work.
This program is a great choice for teens who need less supervision and is an excellent next step after a PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program).
Average duration: The program typically lasts between 6 to 12 weeks.
(602) 737-2329Key benefits: IOP Program
- Teens keep up with school or work while receiving treatment.
- They attend therapy 3-4 times a week for steady support.
